My oldest son recently introduced me to a music genre called Phonk. I sometimes call it meme-music since thatโs mostly where I hear it on social mediaโbut itโs actually a whole genre.
Anyway, he loves it, and the other day I put my headphones on to really give it a listen. I realized itโs awesome for working outโespecially when Iโm rebounding in place. The tempo is perfect, and the songs are short enough that they feel like little easy wins.
