Returning to training.
What’s up fellas. I have been struggling with program hopping for the better half of 3 years now. I previously power lifted with some pretty solid numbers and technique, but life got wild and I became consistently inconsistent. I’m now committed to Warfighter and have been for the last 2 months. I started with Back to Barbell and primed myself up. I understand I have to treat myself like a novice again and work back up to handle a 6 day program. I have been focusing on the 3 total body days mostly while trying to get at least one of the conditioning days in during the week. To me that seems the most logical way to attack getting back after it. Does anyone have any advice to attacking this program from a novice standpoint?
