Welcome to MobilityMarty‼️
If you’re here, it tells me a lot already — you care about your development and you’re willing to be intentional with how you train. This community exists to help catchers: • Move better • Stay healthy over a long season• Improve performance behind the plate • Understand why they train the way they do This is not a highlight reel or a place to chase quick fixes. It’s a space to learn, ask questions, and build habits that actually carry over to the field. A few quick guidelines to get the most out of this: • Ask questions — there are no “dumb” ones here • Be respectful and supportive of other members • Apply what you learn and report back • Stay curious about your own body and movement Start here: 1️⃣ Introduce yourself: Drop your name, level (HS / College), and one thing you want to improve this year. 2️⃣ Check your tier access: Make sure you know what’s included in your membership so you’re using everything available to you. 3️⃣ Engage: Read posts, join discussions, and bring real questions — this community gets better the more you put into it. I’ll be active inside the group, answering questions, posting breakdowns, and guiding conversations. Glad you’re here. Let’s get to work. ~Marty

Introduction
Hey everyone! If you're new here, feel free to introduce yourself and let us all know some of your goals and what you want to achieve in your career. Whether that be to make the varsity team and start, or to play at the next level in college, it gives us all a chance to get to know one another, and helps me understand where you want to go and where you're currently at! Don't forget to interact with one another in the chat! The more active you are, the more points you earn to level up. I have changed the leveling system to where you have all of your health exercises available to you when you join, and you only need to reach level 2 to unlock the Drop Your Pop Program! Level 2 requires that you engage and interact in the community chat 5 times, that's it! So if you want access to the program completely for free, this is the easiest way to do so. Take advantage of this while you can because eventually this program will be something people who are NOT in this community will have to pay for... I put a LOT of time and effort into this program and I want you all to utilize it the best that you can, and I want to hear all the feedback from it as well! Keep in touch and MAKE SURE YOU ENGAGE!!! 👊🏻

Potential Q&A
Hey all! I wanted to hop on here and see what you guys would think about a Q&A once a week? I can schedule something out for one day each week where we can all hop on a call and chat about strength, mobility, speed, catching drills/skillwork, and anything baseball related. We can even talk recruiting and stuff like that - anything you guys want to ask in about a half hour call! If that is something you guys would be interested in, let me know down in the comments!

Engagement
Engage with one another on every post to earn more points and level up! Leveling up will allow you to unlock more of the health exercises in the classroom tab.
Live Q&A Date
Hey everyone! If you could give me some feedback on which days and times would work best for you guys for the Q&A call, so we make sure as many of you can make it on as possible that would be great! Just hop on whenever and drop a comment on this post with the day and time.
