Water sub meter connection
Good morning! I am looking for a good solid contact at metron for water sub metering. The off market park is currently master metered.
My partner is saying we shouldn't charge the residents for water immediately, I think we should. Is there a rule of thumb for charge back on water? Like 30, 40 or 50 bucks a month. Let me hear your thoughts on this
