Hey everyone, I’m Jaimie and I’m new to the group. I’ve been working in single-family and small multi for many years, but I have recently started my mobile home park journey. We have applied our marketing systems into the mobile home park space to organically connect with sellers to purchase our first park. In the meantime, I am assigning those that are too far out of our league and networking! I'm looking in the Midwest and parts of the South East (Atlanta, North Carolina, South Carolina). I've been mainly calling brokers, but want to shift my focus to cold calling. I'd love to gain some insight from those of you who have been cold calling regarding what works, what doesn't and how to maximize your time.
