I’m looking to connect with park owners and managers who have abandoned units or back taxed mobile homes sitting in their parks that aren’t generating lot rent. My goal is simple I partner with park owners to take those non performing homes off your hands, bring them back to life, and place reliable owners or tenants so your lots start producing consistent rent again. I already own several homes myself and am continuing to grow, but I’m really looking to build long term relationships with park owners who want solutions, not headaches.
