Introduction
My business partner and I are located in the Denver Metro region and are specifically mobile home flippers looking to expand into mobile home parks.
Our primary focus for markets is from Cheyenne Wyoming to Colorado Springs and anything in-between.
We are looking to better understand the operations behind mobile home parks, the numbers to better analyze the deal and understand contracts for purchasing to best protect ourselves.
