I’ve spent the last few years in manufactured housing, first on the brokerage side and now focused on infrastructure.
One thing is becoming clear:
A lot of communities are still running on outdated internet, and it’s starting to show up in operations, retention, and rent growth.
I was at a community recently talking with residents, and the takeaway wasn’t speed, it was dependency. Work, healthcare, communication… it all runs on connectivity now.
Infrastructure is becoming a real driver of NOI.
That’s what I’m focused on improving across MHCs.
