A little about me is that am a private lender for fix and flip loans, work in the private equity industry full time, and I own real estate in GA, OH, and IN including one smaller 11 lot MHP in Warner Robins, GA. Hey team, Question for the group: Has anyone considered deploying modular homes or tiny homes in your MHC? I wonder what changing the aesthetic could do for this asset class. My thinking is you could potentially pull in a demographic looking to pay slightly more and at the same time have a more visually appealing community. Thoughts or examples?
