Improvement over the last months
Hey guys, I just wanted to take a moment to speak up. I've been working with MMAthletics for several months now, and the results speak for themselves. Besides winning a fight and improving my overall fitness, I can both see and feel the training gains in the gym as well as on the mat. My endurance has improved so much, and my power transfer has gotten to a point where training partners ask me—without me saying a word—how I'm training these days, because I've clearly made progress physically and conditionally. This really hit me on Friday during a Shark Tank session, where I sparred for 15 minutes straight with constantly changing partners. I was exhausted at the end, but not completely drained. I've always had good conditioning, but right now I'm really on the rise. What’s been your biggest progress so far? Big thanks to @Connor John at this point—thank you for always taking the time to tailor the training to my goals and needs, and for doing such a great job!
