Improvement over the last months
Hey guys, I just wanted to take a moment to speak up. I've been working with MMAthletics for several months now, and the results speak for themselves. Besides winning a fight and improving my overall fitness, I can both see and feel the training gains in the gym as well as on the mat. My endurance has improved so much, and my power transfer has gotten to a point where training partners ask me—without me saying a word—how I'm training these days, because I've clearly made progress physically and conditionally.
This really hit me on Friday during a Shark Tank session, where I sparred for 15 minutes straight with constantly changing partners. I was exhausted at the end, but not completely drained.
I've always had good conditioning, but right now I'm really on the rise.
