Submission button is not working
Hi! Just following up because it’s still not working.
The Submit button remains unresponsive. When I click it, nothing happens—no submission is sent, and there isn’t any error message or confirmation.
I’ve already tried refreshing the page, using different browsers, and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists.
