Question for more information (Directed to Team)

I asked earlier on the sip and ship call session about my app using a sandbox environment for gift cards and bills payment while app is live on mainnet due to lack of funding.

My question is, is it okay I submit my app with the sandbox environment, where every funds on mainnet getting into backend contracts are refunded (while on sandbox environment)?

Can I submit using the sandbox and then transition into real payment, immediately after winning?
