Hey everyone, I hope you’re keeping well and are having a good weekend. I’ve been navigating through some wonderful experiences by choosing who I spend my time with - focus being with like minded souls. I’m also continuing to do things for myself. I’m off to a breathwork session tomorrow, followed by a cacao and sound healing journey. I’ve worked with the facilitators before and I’m embracing myself for moving forward and becoming whole and worthy.

Hey everyone, hope you’re having a good weekend! I went to the Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival today and it was great to connect with some holistic friends. I also attended a few workshops which reinforced my insights around self awareness, being present, and letting go so we can move forward with a sense of clarity.

Morning everyone, hope you’re well. I really appreciated the sound bath last night and it was great to be amongst friendly souls. I did my morning meditation practice using the app Insight Timer which I would totally recommend. I’ve been using this for a few years now and it’s a great to connect to myself, be present and remain grounded.
