RACE DAY RECOVERY
At nationals I'm going to have 3 races back to back with only 10-15 mins in between my races (50free-50back-100back)
I'm going to have a 50 breast on the third day
What are your tips and tricks to recover in between races with 10 minutes and having to literally run to the call room?
