Fly technique
I’m a fourteen year old swimmer who basically only competes in freestyle, butterfly and occasionally medley. I really want to improve my time on 100m fly (favorite race).
My coach says that I have to have higher hips and that I should angle my hands during recovery so that my thumbs angle down. And that I should breathe less.
I couldn’t find a clip on my butterfly but I will appreciate any advice you can give me.
