The big power of the subconscious mind. For me this was somehow the missing piece between, we generally know what's right (panic and fear don't help me) but spontaneously we do something else...out of fear.
The challenge for my child will be to be consistent with the visualisation.
Conscious breathing and visualisation will calm down my child and will make him more confident.
