A Gratitude Pause
🌿 A Small Moment for Gratitude Gratitude is often talked about as something big — but sometimes it’s much smaller and quieter than that. It might be noticing a moment of calm in the day. A conversation that made you feel understood. A walk outside. A cup of tea when you needed a pause. Practising mindfulness can help us notice these moments more clearly, even when life feels busy or overwhelming. If it feels right, take a moment today to reflect on one small thing you feel grateful for — nothing complicated, just something that brought a little steadiness or warmth. You’re welcome to share it here if you’d like, or simply take the moment for yourself. Glad you’re here 🤍

A Quiet Sunday Pause
🌿 A Gentle Sunday Reset Before a new week begins, I wanted to offer a quiet pause. There’s no pressure to prepare, fix, or plan anything right now. If this week has felt heavy, let today be about softness. If it’s felt steady, let today be about maintaining that steadiness. Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do on a Sunday is simply notice how we feel — without trying to change it. If you’d like, you’re welcome to share one word for how you’re ending the week. Or just take this as a gentle reminder to slow down. Glad you’re here 🤍

What helps us cope
I’ve been really struck by the range of things people are sharing that help them regulate and cope with stress — journaling, breathwork, exercise, yoga, somatic practices, EFT, walking, dancing, spending time with animals. Different practices, different paths, but all pointing to the same underlying need: slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and creating a sense of safety and space when life feels overwhelming. It’s been a helpful reminder that support doesn’t have to look one specific way. What matters is finding what helps you feel more grounded and resourced, especially during times of stress or burnout. I’m curious — have you noticed certain themes or overlaps when listening to how people support themselves through these experiences?
