🌿 Welcome to Mindfulness for Stress (START HERE)
This space is here to support you as you move through the 4-Week Mindfulness Course for Stress & Burnout, in a way that feels manageable and kind to yourself. Before you begin, I invite you to take a moment to settle in: To get started: • Introduce yourself to the community in the comments below (only share what feels comfortable) • Let us know what brought you here • Begin with Week 1 in the Classroom whenever you’re ready. Begin the road to treating your stress, anxiety, burnout or overwhelm. There’s no pressure to keep up, no expectation to feel a certain way, and no “right” pace. Some people move slowly, others revisit practices — all of this is part of mindfulness. This community is here for gentle reflection, support, and shared experience. You’re welcome to read quietly or join in when it feels right for you. I’m glad you’re here. 🌱

A Gratitude Pause
🌿 A Small Moment for Gratitude Gratitude is often talked about as something big — but sometimes it’s much smaller and quieter than that. It might be noticing a moment of calm in the day. A conversation that made you feel understood. A walk outside. A cup of tea when you needed a pause. Practising mindfulness can help us notice these moments more clearly, even when life feels busy or overwhelming. If it feels right, take a moment today to reflect on one small thing you feel grateful for — nothing complicated, just something that brought a little steadiness or warmth. You’re welcome to share it here if you’d like, or simply take the moment for yourself. Glad you’re here 🤍

Support Without the Pressure
🌿 For People Who Are Tired of Pushing Not everyone experiencing stress or burnout needs more intensity. Some people are simply tired of pushing through. I’ve created a gentle, self-paced 4-week mindfulness course hosted inside a private Skool community for people who want support that feels steady and realistic. It’s designed for those who: • Know what helps but struggle to stay consistent • Feel exhausted by high-energy coaching spaces • Want structure without pressure • Prefer calm, sustainable progress The focus is on short guided practices, nervous system regulation, reflection, and small, manageable steps. No urgency. No hype. Just steadiness. If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore or ask questions.

Support Without the Pressure
A Quiet Sunday Pause
🌿 A Gentle Sunday Reset Before a new week begins, I wanted to offer a quiet pause. There’s no pressure to prepare, fix, or plan anything right now. If this week has felt heavy, let today be about softness. If it’s felt steady, let today be about maintaining that steadiness. Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do on a Sunday is simply notice how we feel — without trying to change it. If you’d like, you’re welcome to share one word for how you’re ending the week. Or just take this as a gentle reminder to slow down. Glad you’re here 🤍

Welcome — Take Your Time
I wanted to share a gentle check-in here. So many people who arrive in spaces like this already have ways of supporting themselves — journaling, movement, mindfulness, time outdoors — and still feel overwhelmed or exhausted at times. That doesn’t mean those tools aren’t working. Often it just means life has been demanding a lot. This space isn’t about fixing yourself or doing more. It’s here to offer steadiness, structure if you want it, and permission to slow things down a little. You’re welcome to engage quietly, dip in and out, or take things entirely at your own pace. There’s no expectation to post or share unless it feels right for you. If you’d like, you can use this thread as a simple check-in — or just take it as a reminder that you don’t have to rush. Glad you’re here 🤍
