Rewire your subconscious!
This exercise is all about rewiring your subconscious mind through repetition and emotion. 🧠✨ Write down your dream life in vivid detail as if it’s already happening. Get specific: - What does your ideal day look like from the moment you wake up? - How do you feel in your body? - What kind of energy fills your home? - What are you doing for work and how fulfilled do you feel doing it? - Who are you surrounded by? - What does your bank account, your freedom, your peace of mind look like? Once it’s written, open your voice memo app and record yourself reading it out loud with conviction and emotion like you already live it. Then listen to it as often as possible. When your mind hears your own voice speaking your dream reality, it begins to rewire your subconscious to believe it’s already yours. This is how you shift your identity from where you are to where you’re meant to be. 🌟
