I am SO excited right now! 🩵

I just finished leading a Conscious Connected Breathwork session inside Christine’s Coming Out Cosmic community, and wow… what an incredible experience. Holding space on Zoom reminded me that this work isn’t limited by location anymore.

That means no matter where you are, we can breathe together. 🌎💙💚

This has been on my heart for a long time, and I’m so excited to finally be opening the door for anyone who is ready and willing to just breathe. This means I can reach and support so many more people, and that lights me up.
