I spent so long watching people online trying to be palatableโฆ trying to say things that nobody could possibly disagree withโฆ softening every edgeโฆ qualifying every statementโฆ adding that little but of course everyone's journey is different disclaimer onto the end of everything just in caseโฆ just in caseโฆ just in caseโฆpfffttt
And their content is justโฆ thereโฆ isn't itโฆ inoffensiveโฆ forgettableโฆ beigy afโฆ existing quietly in the middle where nothing really lands and nobody really feels anythingโฆ
And then I watch someone else open their mouth and say something that makes half the room go YES FINALLY and the other half go absolutely not and I thinkโฆ THAT personโฆ that person is going somewhereโฆ
Because here's the thing that changed everything for me when I actually let it sink inโฆ
