Here's the thing about The Backroom…

ya literally cannot get it from the outside

like… I CANNOT explain it to a cold audience and have them go "YES that's for me"… not because I'm bad at explaining it… obvs … but because what happens in HERE doesn't happen out THERE… and ya cannot describe a feeling to someone who hasn't felt it yet… duh

We're a space where people say the stuff that doesn't get said in other spaces… but HOW do I tell ya that… cos if I could say it out there… it wouldn't be the stuff that only gets said in here… ya feel me?

We're a space where people feel safe enough to be properly open… to share the real bits… the wobbles… the roots of things… without performing or pretending or editing themselves into oblivion… but HOW do I tell ya that… cos that safety only exists on the inside… totes only on the inside

We're a space where we actually GET SH*T DONE YESTERADY… together… no fake scarcity… no performance… no smoke and mirrors… just real epic humans doing the actual thing in real time… but again… ya only KNOW that once ya in it… DUH 😂

so yeah… views went down, conversions did not change…
