Your Goals Don’t Sleep on Weekends
Weekends are busy. Family stuff. Events. Travel. Food. Life happening. And honestly, that’s normal. But your goals do not disappear just because it’s Saturday. You do not need a perfect day today. You just need to keep showing up in the gaps you have. Maybe that looks like: - a walk around the block - training for 20 minutes instead of an hour - stretching before bed - skipping the second plate - getting extra water in - making one better decision instead of none That stuff matters more than people think. Because consistency is not built during perfect weeks. It is built during real life. So today: Do what you can with what you have. That is enough to keep momentum moving forward.

🏃‍♂️ NEW: Running Foundations Classroom Is Live
I just finished building a full step-by-step running classroom inside the group. This is designed to help you: ✅ build endurance safely ✅ run with better form ✅ reduce injury risk ✅ improve speed and performance ✅ develop real discipline and consistency Whether you are brand new to running or trying to level up your performance, this system will give you clear structure and direction. The classroom is broken into simple modules so you can progress at your own pace and apply each lesson immediately. If you’ve ever felt unsure where to start, how fast to go, or how much to run — this will help remove the guesswork. 👉 Go check out the Running Foundations classroom and start with the “Start Here” post.
Remove a decision
This principal was introduced to me in this community. Twice now I have put this principal into practice and I love it. This morning I removed the decision of walking at 7 AM. No negotiating with myself. No postponing the exercise. Woke up. Had oatmeal. Walked. Accomplished 🙌🏽

It’s little steps.
Guys I just wanted to share I had someone that I have been coaching recently who’s very new to the gym and wellness space. Who is fixing to move and asked if I’d sort of show him how to shop smart and healthy. I just wanted to shout out and say those steps are what make or break a fitness journey. If you don’t know don’t be afraid to ask. Learning the small things is what makes for wonderful long term results! If there are things I can help you with please let me know!
