🏃‍♂️ NEW: Running Foundations Classroom Is Live
I just finished building a full step-by-step running classroom inside the group. This is designed to help you: ✅ build endurance safely ✅ run with better form ✅ reduce injury risk ✅ improve speed and performance ✅ develop real discipline and consistency Whether you are brand new to running or trying to level up your performance, this system will give you clear structure and direction. The classroom is broken into simple modules so you can progress at your own pace and apply each lesson immediately. If you’ve ever felt unsure where to start, how fast to go, or how much to run — this will help remove the guesswork. 👉 Go check out the Running Foundations classroom and start with the “Start Here” post.

@Miles Samuel thank you for making this specific classroom. I am currently working on maintaining consistency. I started a brand new job, my dream job actually. Which I am so fortunate to have after my years and active addiction. However, I did not walk for 12 days. So yesterday and today I was finally back at it after 12 days of not walking. So I would say maintaining consistency now that I have added a full-time job onto my plate is my newest struggle. I still have an intense passion for walking. I just have to reconfigure the hours within my days now.
Remove a decision
This principal was introduced to me in this community. Twice now I have put this principal into practice and I love it. This morning I removed the decision of walking at 7 AM. No negotiating with myself. No postponing the exercise. Woke up. Had oatmeal. Walked. Accomplished 🙌🏽
Proof of Work
Motivation comes and goes. But every week you either build proof… or you build excuses. What’s one thing you did this week that you’re proud of? Doesn’t have to be huge. • showed up to train • made better food choices • got more sleep • stayed consistent • handled stress better Small wins compound into big change. Drop your win below.

I walked for an hour when I got home this evening. I didn’t want to but consistency matters.
Welcome to Miles I Wellness
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Miles I Wellness exists for people who want to walk out faith and fitness with discipline, consistency, and accountability — without hype or pressure. “If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” — Ecclesiastes 4:10 That verse captures the heart of this community. This is a place to: - Show up honestly - Give and receive support - Keep moving forward together You don’t need to be perfect here. You do need to be willing. Here’s how to start: Introduce yourself below and share: - Your name - What led you here - One thing you’re working on right now (faith, fitness, or discipline) Once you’ve posted, check the pinned posts and begin engaging in the community. Welcome to the journey. Let’s walk it out together.

@Darryl Adams glad you’re here man
Apply It Today
Yesterday we talked about how discipline gets easier when you stop negotiating with yourself. So today is simple. What’s one decision you’re removing from your day? Example: • “I’m training at 5pm no matter what.” • “I’m not eating fast food today.” • “I’m walking after dinner.” • “Phone down by 10pm.” One decision. Less debate. More action. Drop it below.
