Hello, everyone! We are Jason and Kate. We're in the process of converting our Stevenson Ranch, CA primary (5 beds; 4 baths w/ pool) into an icMTR (insurance and corporate). We found a wonderful local couple (Goode Homes) who manages nine MTRs full-time. Our current plan is for them to manage our property for us (20%), as we are moving out of state. That said, I am so encouraged by all of your WINS and would like to learn more about how the iMTR business works and how best to set-up for success.
