Pets! Ahhh!
Hi everyone, I just joined and am starting to go through the material... In one of the early videos, Jackie mentions that 80-90% of the people looking for homes have pets!
Truth is, that is an alarming number for me. Our plans were to rent out our own home IMTR and return occasionally for a few months at a time. I cannot see myself allowing someone else's pet to stay... I'm concerned about smells, which I can be quite sensitive to. Also concerned about damage.
1) Am I being too nervous about pets? Is there another way I should be looking at this?
2) Can we do this successfully without allowing pets?
This is a deal breaker for families. 80-90%... It's hard to see overcoming that number. Please let me know your thoughts! Thank you!
