Listing Feedback? (And a win...)

Would anybody be willing to give listing feedback? Anything that comes to mind is helpful. Thanks! :)

*Keep in mind, we are going to re-do the Garage photo (as advised by Jaclyn, we got some other storage, a car cover, etc.) AND we are re-doing the backyard photos because we are having a patio cover installed AND just installed an outdoor TV!

The win...

Last Week Jaclyn advised me to put it on Airbnb smart pricing. No discounts, monthly or otherwise. We got a booking request for one month that would have netted us about $4,750. It's not $8,800 lol but it's a start! Unfortunately we couldn't take the listing because it was same day and we are here for the next 3 weeks or so. I blocked out those dates now but it's good to know someone was willing to pay nearly $5k for a month. AND it was an insurance rental. So I went off of that and chose $7,500/month when submitting the rental to other platforms.
