Homework: Introduction & House Links

Hello everyone!

As part of this module's homework for the Blueprint course, we're introducing ourselves and sharing our property links.

We're Juan and Inge Rodríguez. We are hosting a short term rental on Airbnb in West Nashville and a travel nursing house there as well, and have had great guest experiences and reviews, but we found that the constant guest communication and quick turnovers don't fit well with this season of life because we have a young family, and our little ones keep us happily busy!

We're excited to be here because we want to learn more about the insurance housing (ALE) and mid-term rental model. We're drawn to the opportunity to provide comfortable housing for families who truly need it while building a sustainable business.

If anyone has experience with insurance housing, we'd love to hear what has worked well for you, any lessons you've learned, or any advice you wish you had received when you were getting started. We're looking forward to learning from this community and getting to know everyone.
