🎉 A WIN IN GEORGIA
We got our first insurance claim for our Georgia house! Signed the lease this morning and the tenant moves in an hour! It's been a long, wild road, and LOTS learned.
The lease is for 4 months but it's HIGHLY likely to be extended with their damage.
I've been watching and celebrating your wins...... and now finally.... I can share one!
Thank you Vetted Community for the support and encouragement!
