We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring across a growing Manufactured Housing portfolio 🏡
📍 Remote – Must reside in a Midwest state
💰 $90K – $120K Salary
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR required
🔑 What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead full-cycle recruiting for community and corporate roles
✔ Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and build pipelines
✔ Drive sourcing strategies to attract top talent in manufactured housing
✔ Manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality hires
✔ Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
🔎 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
✔ Background in property management, real estate, or MH preferred
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
