How has your week been?
Are you dreading tomorrow? Monday? If so why? Really take a moment to think. 🧠 Think about how you feel in this moment? Sit with that feeling. If you are dreading tomorrow and want to change that feeling to feel better... then why not explore MEXS (Mind Exercises). These will guide you to rewire and retrain your brain to feel better about the life choices you make. They will increase your Mental Wealth by offering tools, practices and strategies to enable you to stay focused on being and feeling better more. (see the Appreciation Alert (AA) attached) By retraining your brain you can change your perspective on life... Change your Mind, Change your Life! Yes, we all deal with situations that feel difficult but imagine a mind that allows you to see the opportunities in these difficulties. Opportunities that support you to feel better in amongst the challenges your are facing. Imagine being able to cope better, take inspired actions and alleviate your fears. Fears that are fuelled by systems and structures in society, by what information you choose to look at and the people you surround yourself with. So if you are dreading tomorrow because you do not like your job/activity you have to do, think about what it gives you or what you gain from doing it? For example at a job that you dread you may feel supported by your colleagues or it gives you the finances to pay your bills. Look for the opportunities not the things you dread, changing your perspective and retraining your mind! And if you are looking forward to tomorrow, FANTASTIC! 😍 Share why? The Present Moment
Did you stay in the present moment today? I was so grateful to enjoy the beauty of nature, hear the bird song and feel the warmth of the sun! (Especially as we are in Scotland!) Being present, not worrying about the past or the future is so nurturing for your Mental Wealth. Being PRESENT is key to calming your nervous system, feeling calm and safe.
