📚 NEW Free Training Library

Accessible to everyone, the new Free Training Library will provide a place for free-tier members to learn along with the rest of the community!

I've added the first lesson, The 5 Behaviours of Leadership Presence. This training goes hand in hand with the Leadership Confidence and Presence training in the Leadership Systems Lab training library.

The difference: The Free Training Library features training that shares the more philosophical or theoretical side of leadership. The Leadership Systems Lab and Leadership Design Sprint trainings are much more hands-on, with guided worksheets and activities to help you build and practice leadership, team-building, and systems skills in a meaningful way.

I wanted to ensure every member had access to some form of knowledge sharing; I hope you enjoy it!
