Leadership Design Sprint: Workflow & SOP Design

Hi everyone, looks like Workflow & SOP Design is the subject for our first Leadership Design Sprint! Huge thanks to all who voted.

Context: The Leadership Design Sprint is a deeper engagement than our other calls; the sprint is a challenge that runs for about four weeks. It's purpose-built to ensure you'll have time to plan and implement meaningful change in your business with tools and check-ins along the way.

For Workflow & SOP design, we'll look at how to analyze workflows, determine who should do what, and break workflows down into SOP-friendly steps.

By the end of the sprint, you will create a library, templates, and at least one SOP that your team can use now. But more importantly, you will have a system to keep building your SOP library, along with an understanding of how to train your team to maintain momentum.

Full transparency: This will be a bit of work to set up properly. But we'll take it a step at a time so you can realistically build your library while also being a busy business owner.
