Week 7 - Reaching out to my A team?
Found this a bit challenging at first. Maybe my A list was too long, so trimmed it back to reality. Anyway once I told (not all, but some of) them, that they are the people I most like being around or always have "good vibe" interactions with and enjoy their time - not surprisingly really is the response was all positive; "Aw thanks" / "That's awesome.." /" Love you too" / "Cheers bro!" / "Yeah true - I feel the same way" ... who doesn't like hearing that stuff ! Funny thing is once you hear it you kind of want more, so I'll be working on my B listers too. I do have REALLY important C people in my life (my kids) that I must build BETTER and STRONGER relationships with - so these are high on my agenda to convert my time with them to A experiences. That is my share for the day .. relationships ... kind of like a secret sauce (source?) to happiness - so let's all try to be As and make life easy for everyone, including ourselves. 😉👊
Wk 5 my health house 6-week action plan
Really liked smashing through the health house. Great learning in that one. Thanks Blake. Here is my 6-Week action plan as wrote, lessgo... 👊 1. Hydrate - Pop some Celtic Sea Salt - with water sipping throughout day 2. Nutrition - Reduce Processed Foods - avoid the sugar bro~! 3. Exercise - Add Muscle building to morning routine - with my 5x10 (push, lunge, squats, jumps, sits) 4. Sleep - 1030pm-ish for the Wind-Down technique - stretches and box breathes maybe some journalling (like the 3wins lists) 5. Social - Be Kinder, Smile, & Notice - with every interaction (..ask them if they “R U OK”, do you need my help? How are you - but actually listen?) 6. Recovery - Have a coldie - cold showers at end of day in winter, sorry!
