- Hydrate - Pop some Celtic Sea Salt - with water sipping throughout day
- Nutrition - Reduce Processed Foods - avoid the sugar bro~!
- Exercise - Add Muscle building to morning routine - with my 5x10 (push, lunge, squats, jumps, sits)
- Sleep - 1030pm-ish for the Wind-Down technique - stretches and box breathes maybe some journalling (like the 3wins lists)
- Social - Be Kinder, Smile, & Notice - with every interaction (..ask them if they โR U OKโ, do you need my help? How are you - but actually listen?)
- Recovery - Have a coldie - cold showers at end of day in winter, sorry!
