Wk 5 my health house 6-week action plan
Really liked smashing through the health house. Great learning in that one. Thanks Blake. Here is my 6-Week action plan as wrote, lessgo... ๐Ÿ‘Š
  1. Hydrate - Pop some Celtic Sea Salt - with water sipping throughout day
  2. Nutrition - Reduce Processed Foods - avoid the sugar bro~!
  3. Exercise - Add Muscle building to morning routine - with my 5x10 (push, lunge, squats, jumps, sits)
  4. Sleep - 1030pm-ish for the Wind-Down technique - stretches and box breathes maybe some journalling (like the 3wins lists)
  5. Social - Be Kinder, Smile, & Notice - with every interaction (..ask them if they โ€œR U OKโ€, do you need my help? How are you - but actually listen?)
  6. Recovery - Have a coldie - cold showers at end of day in winter, sorry!
