👋 You’re probably wondering why there’s a dude running a menopause group… Fair. Let’s clear a few things up real quick. I’m not a woman. I’m not a doctor. I don’t prescribe HRT. And I won’t tell you “it’s probably just stress” or “have you tried yoga?” Here’s what else I don’t do: - Compare symptoms like battle scars - Host suffering Olympics to see who slept the least - Say “I feel you, girl”, because honestly, I don’t But that’s exactly why I’m good at this. So why the hell listen to a man? Because I see the patterns, not the panic. Because I won’t drown you in “girl talk”, I’ll give you strategy. Because I built this for results, not venting circles. (I will have a tab for Venting) Because I coach behaviour, not hormones. And because I’ve heard what men really say when they don’t know what’s going on: - “It’s like someone swapped out my wife.” - “She’s mad, she’s crying, she’s cold, she’s hot, I’m just trying to survive.” - “I can’t say anything right anymore.” - “She used to be calm. Now I’m scared to chew too loud.” If they’re confused… imagine how YOU must feel. This space is different.
