Hi, All Just wanted to pose a general question or conversation for the group here. Lately I've been doing a lot of work with and around my heart center. I've been experiencing some pretty interesting shifts, and just wanted to ask you guys about your personal experiences (if any) you've had working with your heart center, heart chakra, etc. What's your personal experience / do you have any experience working through or with the chakra system, or different energy centers? What are some shifts or changes you experienced or went through during that time? Were there any specific challenges that came up for you?
