Vipassana meditation
A while ago, Josh was talking about silent retreats and sent me some info about one in OR. I was talking with my wife the other day about this type of retreat b/c of a guy named Troy Casey (certified health nut) was mentioning how much of a benefit it was to him. Any of you men ever done this or know about this facility?
