@Josh De Jong It’s basically fulvic acid and has over 85 trace minerals, it’s a natural adaptogenic, helps fight fatigue (energy boost I was mentioning/ mental clarity) and supports cellular health. Fulvic acid helps reduce inflammation has cognitive benefits high in antioxidants and can help with nutrient absorption. Thanks for trying it man, lemme know what you think? The taste is something you have to get used to if you got the resin but it’s the most potent form imo.
