Gym Fashion and photos
Does anyone have any advice on gym fashion particularly for if I'm looking to get lifestyle/ B roll shots and videos.
My physique isn't at a point to be showing a 6 pack.. quite the opposite. I'm in ok-ish shape. Well, not really, but shitloads better than 4 years ago when I was 15kg heavier
Is where I go.. industrial feel, red and black feature a lot so I'm thinking should I think on what colours I wear so I'm not camouflaged in any pictures and that will be a good colour match?
Also advice on camera angles or any movements that work well for photos?
I'm thinking from the general guidance on poses.. walking, standing etc maybe walking with some decent size dumbells could work as a shot?
Does anyone have some good examples of these sort of photos done well?
