Fitness in your 30s 101?
Curious what major changes yall made in your 30s around the gym.
Major things I have noticed is obviously fat doesn’t burn off as easily, form REALLY matters and stretching+rest means more.
However, for those in their 30s curious what changes yall made to stay injury free and continuing to progress?
