Why do you meditate?
Sharing your why can be incredibly powerful.
There’s a story about a great meditation teacher whose students were eagerly waiting for him to arrive. When he finally did, he asked them just one question:
“What is your intention to practice?”
Then everyone sat in meditation for two hours.
No long talk. No complicated instructions. Just that question.
Your intention matters. It shapes how you show up to practice and how deeply you engage with it.
So let’s hear it.
Why do you practice?
What is your intention right now?
When you share your why, it often inspires someone else to keep going too. 🧘‍♂️
