Spots for in-person training are limited. This is my first-ever English Meridian Yin training, created for anyone ready to master the body’s internal energy map.
Yin Yoga moves the body out of Survival Mode and into Rest and Repair, built on Meridian wisdom, recognizing that the body has a map of energy lines that connect our internal organs to our outer structure. When we use science to look at these lines, we find they aren't just invisible concepts; they live in our connective tissue (fascia).
