My name is Anthony Santiago and I started learning about wholesaling in Dec. of 2024. I have been learning everything I can and now I'm building a team. I wanted to join this inner circle to connect and learn from more experienced people and be able to lead my team better. I live in CT and open to any advice on how best to do this. One thing I've been struggling with is choosing the best method to calculate the ARV on properties that don't have many or any properties sold around it.
