Going from 1-5 total deals to getting constant deals on a monthly basis?
What tips or tricks do you have from going having done a handful of total deals (been wholesaling full time since November 2024) to getting a few deals done per month? I am currently getting Southern California but have started virtually wholesaling in the Tampa / St. Pete market to diversify myself from the the tough SOCAL market.
Looking to get more deals done on a constant basis.
