Protocol Guidance for Lowering ApoB, Oxidized LDL, and Lp-PLA2
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to lower ApoB, oxidized LDL, and Lp-PLA2 activity. Thank you very much for your continued support and insight!
I’ve been making a strong effort to follow your nitric oxide protocol—keeping up with morning routines, eating earlier and at regular times, incorporating post-meal walks and wall sits, prioritizing deep sleep, and taking fundational supplements such as sodium, glycine, taurine, magnesium, and creatine. I’ve also been doing 36–40 hour fasts weekly, but plan to scale them back to around 24 hours.
Below is a snapshot of my most recent lab results:
Fasting glucose 88
Fasting insulin - 2.1
C Peptide- 1.0
Triglycerides- 56
HDL - 100
LDL - 279

Lp-PLA2 Activity 242
eGFR - 104
