Protocol Guidance for Lowering ApoB, Oxidized LDL, and Lp-PLA2
@Maurice Daher I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to lower ApoB, oxidized LDL, and Lp-PLA2 activity. Thank you very much for your continued support and insight! I’ve been making a strong effort to follow your nitric oxide protocol—keeping up with morning routines, eating earlier and at regular times, incorporating post-meal walks and wall sits, prioritizing deep sleep, and taking fundational supplements such as sodium, glycine, taurine, magnesium, and creatine. I’ve also been doing 36–40 hour fasts weekly, but plan to scale them back to around 24 hours. Below is a snapshot of my most recent lab results: Fasting glucose 88 Fasting insulin - 2.1 C Peptide- 1.0 Triglycerides- 56 HDL - 100 LDL - 279 APOB - 190 Oxidized LDL 189 Lp-PLA2 Activity 242 eGFR - 104 Vitamin D -43.2 C-Reactive Protein, Cardiac 0.33 MPO 279 Free T4 0.99 TSH 1.47 Free T3 40 Magnesium, RBC 5.5

@Maurice Daher I wanted to share my latest (incomplete) blood test results after following the protocol imperfectly for about 8 weeks (only the values that changed are listed below): - Total Cholesterol: 449 → 354 - HDL: 103 → 111 - Oxidized LDL: 189 → 92 (a big win!) - Homocysteine: 7.2 → 5.1 - Free T3: 1.7 → 1.9 I’ve been slacking off on morning meal time and walking lately because of the summer heat, but I’m very encouraged by the improvements. My rash is now under control, and the itching is improving after I eliminated fermented foods from my diet and started taking quercetin, vitamin C, and AHCC. I still don't know the underlying cause. Thank you again for your guidance. Your comprehensive protocol is what helped me make meaningful lifestyle changes and put me on the right path.

Skin Rash and Evaluation
@Maurice Daher I've been experiencing itchy, red rashes on my arms for the past 6 weeks. I tried over-the-counter antihistamine tablets and topical cream, hoping the symptoms would resolve on their own. However, the itching has persisted and has become very disruptive to my sleep. This is the first time I've experienced this type of rash. I've decided to schedule appointments with both my dermatologist and my primary care physician. In the meantime, I'd appreciate your recommendation. Would it be appropriate to perform an Immunoglobulin E (IgE) allergy test to help identify any potential allergic causes, or would you recommend a different evaluation or testing instead? I have not changed my diet and have no other symptoms. Thank you so much for your guidance.

@Maurice Daher Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed response. I really appreciate your guidance and recommendations. Out of desperation, I started taking AHCC, quercetin, and vitamin C two days ago, and surprisingly, my symptoms have improved dramatically. I'm not sure whether it's a coincidence or if one of them is helping, but I thought I'd mention it. I'll keep you updated on what my doctors find and when my blood test results come back. Thanks so much again!

@Maurice Daher Thank you for creating such a valuable resource. Your book provided the missing link to what I have been searching for for decades. I started doing planks and wall sits in my routine not long ago, and I've already increased my hold times from < 30 sec to 3+ minutes. 😁 I look forward to incorporating more of the exercises. I've attached my recent CIMT results. Overall, I feel encouraged and believe I'm moving in the right direction. I'm currently reading Lesson 4: Mobility, Flexibility, and Connective Tissue and would appreciate any additional guidance on how to implement the daily mobility practices, particularly to help counteract the stiffness that comes from long hours of sitting. I also recall you mentioning that another eBook may be in the making. If so, I'd love to hear more about it. Thank you so much again for sharing your knowledge with us.

@Maurice Daher I’m interested in nutrition and supplements, especially learning more about high-quality water, including filtration methods, water sourcing, and remineralization. You mentioned reverse osmosis before. What brands or systems would you recommend? You also recommended the glass water systems from Santevia on your Gadgets site. Could you elaborate on why you recommend it? I’m also curious about your thoughts on spring water, such as high-quality options like Mountain Valley Spring Water? What about remineralization supplements and additives, including fulvic humic acid, BodyBio reMineralize, phytoplankton, shilajit, and hydrogen water? Thank you so much for your time and guidance!
