Follow along Routine
Hey guys! Hope you're getting into the routine of adding more mobility into your training. Here I've created a follow along routine for the Tight Lats Day 1 Week 2 Program. Even tho you're not in this program you can follow along to see how I go through the exercises. Please let me know what you think, if you like this kind of content too.

Da håper jeg alle har kommet i gang og fått testet Day 1. Det blir uker som blir mer travle enn andre, så prøv å lage deg en god rutine fra start av her. Anbefaler virkelig å få inn 4 små økter i uken. Noen har sagt det føles bedre å gjøre etter økt. Det må dere gjerne gjøre. Men anbefaler å bruke dette som en del av oppvarmingen ☺️
