How’s everyone doing this week? Quick check-in: Are you maintaining, progressing, or absolutely crushing your goals right now? Last week, I intentionally stepped away from most of my administrative work and social posting. Not a vacation, just a moment to reset, refocus, and pour energy back into the things that matter most. Sometimes the best thing you can do is pause, regroup, and come back with a clear mind. Now I’m tapping back in. 💪🏽 My personal check-in: I’m less than 30 days away from turning 40 and heading to Hawaii, so it’s officially go time! Last week I only got one workout in without clients (and we’re not going to dwell on that 😂), but this week I’m locking back in. Good morning, ladies! It’s Monday, June 15th, and we’re officially stepping into the second half of June. Summer officially begins this week, but here’s something most people don’t realize: 👉 Summer bodies aren’t made in the summer.👉 They’re revealed in the summer. The habits you’re building right now, your workouts, your meal choices, your water intake, your consistency, are creating the version of you you’ll see in the mirror months from now. The same way people say “summer bodies are made in the winter,” it’s also true that strong winter bodies are built in the summer. Every season is preparation for the next one. This week, focus on the basics: ✅ Get your workouts done ✅ Hit your protein goal ✅ Drink your water ✅ Get your steps in ✅ Stop waiting for motivation and rely on discipline Remember, perfection is not required. Memorial Day weekend is officially behind us and for many of us, today is the real reset. Vacations are wrapping up, routines may feel a little off, and life is calling us back into structure. I made it back to Georgia safely and it’s officially back to the grind for me too. But here’s your reminder: You do NOT have to “punish” yourself for enjoying life. No extreme workouts! No starving yourself. No guilt. Just get back to the basics: ✔️ Water ✔️ Movement ✔️ Protein ✔️ Sleep ✔️ Consistency One good decision at a time. The people who see results long term are not the people who are perfect… They’re the people who know how to reset quickly. So today, let’s lock back in together. 💪🏽
